Mind Hope Support Group
Lori Horstman, a Certified Dementia Specialist and Consultant, and the instructor for Brain Boot Camp, hosts a free support group once a month for all caregivers and anyone close to someone suffering from dementia. She teaches how to better understand this disease, best practices to care for loved ones with dementia, and offers tips on how to cope with this difficult time. She hopes to provide a safe place to get to know others going through the same struggle and teach them new strategies to help.
